paddling on the HAW river today

HI everyone !!!!hope that all have been well??I went paddling on the HAW river [between the townes of [sweptsonville,nc usa & saxapaha nc usa]from 10:30am till 5:00 pm.HAD a blast!!!!just out there
bobbing arround"watching birds have fun.I had the company of a NEW friend [mike swaim]a local fellow [good guy]he was paddling agreen OLD TOWNE pack [model]12 ' ,while I had a yellow 12' indian river [fibreglass]canoe,it is lite ,yet comfy. so much for now. later gumby
